Abstrak

This study was conducted to determine how the dried shrimp grinding machine works. This study was also conducted to determine the differences in grinding results using 3 different sieve sizes. There are 3 sieve sizes used, namely, 5 mm sieve size, 7mm sieve size, and 9mm sieve size. This study was conducted to determine the results of grinding dried shrimp from fine to coarse, because the demand for ground shrimp in the market varies, therefore the researcher conducted this study with the aim of meeting market demand.
